We are looking for an intern to design and implement the ISO-9001 standard in order to prepare for the certification audit. Working closely with management, you will help draft procedures, implement internal documents and automate processes.
Responsibilities:
- Help identify and analyse regulatory requirements;
- Develop and implement the action plan for deploying the ISO 9001 standard reference system;
- Adapt documentation to requirements;
- Draft the Quality Manual;
- Draft documentation specific to the QMS (mapping, procedures, operating procedures, information documents) in accordance with the standard;
- Set up dashboards and indicators
- Communicate new quality requirements to teams;
- Prepare for the certification audit.
Qualifications:
- You are studying for a master’s degree in HSE or HSE/QHSE with a focus on quality.
- You are familiar with the ISO 9001 standard and the concept of processes.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Power Automate.
- You have excellent analytical and summarising skills, as well as good writing skills.
